la planta baixa is a conceptual flower shop and café based in central valencia, designed to reimagine the traditional plant store as a slower, more experiential space.

the project explores how branding can transform a transactional environment into an urban oasis — a place that invites people to pause, connect with nature, and engage in everyday rituals in a more intentional way.

the main challenge was to balance warmth and personality with clarity and scalability. the identity combines hand-drawn illustrations with a restrained color palette and contemporary typography, creating a visual system that feels both expressive and structured.

designed as a cohesive ecosystem, the brand extends across packaging, editorial layouts, and small physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency while maintaining a tactile, human quality throughout.
